Disability Management: Training
Clarke Brown provides training to employers and service providers in two courses:
- Step By Step® Disability Management Coordinator
(1 hour a week / 7 weeks)
This advanced level course provides you with the skills to evaluate, plan, implement and document all the activities and decisions in the Step By Step disability management process.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Step By Step Disability Management Facilitator course.
- Step By Step Disability Management Facilitator
(1 day)
This course assumes you have some familiarity with interpersonal communication theory and techniques. It provides you with the skills necessary to arrange, conduct and document a Step By Step meeting.

Format: Instructor led, classroom discussions and exercises.
